Coaching
I'm a full-time athlete, working as an online coach and Head Middle Distance Coach at Garsfontein High School in Pretoria. Coaching has always been a passion of mine. My ultimate goal is to develop all the skills of young athletes. To prepare athletes mentally and physically for all challenges and competitions they might face.

My Junior 800m and 1500m boys age 18. JL (left) has a 1,54 on the 800m and a 4,06 on 1500m, he also has a 36,41min 10km. Melk (on right) has a 800m pb of 2,01 and 1500m 4,12 , 10km time of 35,34.
