We have this exact same training set but our rest between 600 and 300 will be 90 sec and in between sets 6min.
My best Wilson Set ran:
1.24 - 41
1.24 - 41
1.26 - 41
With 90sec between 600 and 6min between sets.
One day my Coach said let's se how fast we can do 2 sets, I managed:
1.22 - 39
1.20 - 40
