Training underway

Since the Hamstring tendon injury I picked up in August it took 3 Months of Rehab just to start Running again... it's an unbelievable frustration for an athlete. 

I will only probably be able to start racing from March. My season will be moved on a bit.

I have had about 3 weeks of running and at this moment I'm still on a rest day after each training day. 

Long Jogging still hurts so I'm doing track work wich does not keep me in the pain to long. Here's is some of the sets I have done:

10x400m rec 2min

15x300 rec 2min

(1x1000m+1x800m+1x600m) x 3

With this I have cycling and swimming in between the training days and still working very hard in the gym and continuing with the Rehab.
