4km Time Trial

So what I do is, A 4km time trial before all the training start. To see how unfit I am... how far we are from where we want to be. 

I ran a 14,30 wich is about 90sec away from my best on the same route (12;58)

I'm not strong on my Distance as it is so as soon as I dip under 13min on this 4km time trial I know I'm fit in my way.💪🏼

I also Ran a 10km road race last weekend, took it easy 42;58 where my PB is 34;58... A long way to go...
