Injured? Aqua Swim Training session :

Having had my share of injuries I decided to post a great water workout wich is a real tough one:

(Aqua jogger needed)


2 x50m Aqua fast running +- 3min

Rest 30

2 x 50m freestyle Swim

Rest 30sec


5 sets with 3min Recovery between sets
